Independent land management
Your land, while you're somewhere else.
For owners who manage their land from a job site, an office, a conference room, a school pickup line. The work is real. The owner is somewhere else. The tools should meet that reality.
Request membershipWho it's for
Most landowners in this country are not on the land. They inherited a place and a career at the same time. They are running a business in town, on a job site, on a plane, in a meeting they cannot leave. The land is real. The owner is somewhere else. The relationship is mediated by phone calls, paperwork, and the occasional weekend trip.
That is the truth of the relationship, and the tool has to meet it where it is. Base Acre™ is built for the owner who loves the land from a distance and worries about it quietly.
What it does
Base Acre™ helps owners understand and manage what they own. A member's land is documented, organized, and tracked in one place. Leases, deadlines, taxes, insurance, boundaries, easements, and the day-to-day questions of a working property are surfaced when they matter and quiet when they don't.
The work is sourced and shown. Numbers come with citations. Patterns are described, not prescribed. The owner remains the one who decides.
How it is structured
Base Acre™ operates at-cost. Membership covers the service and the ongoing relationship. Outside work — data pulls, third-party reports, specialized advisors — passes through at the price it was quoted, with zero markup. The posture is fiduciary in spirit and utilitarian in practice.
Base Acre™ is on the landowner's side. Authority comes from data sourcing, plain language, and visual restraint. Base Acre™ does not sell its own technology to the member; it serves them their land.
